5th/6th Boys

Youth Level Details:

Boys teams for 5th/6th grade and 7th/8th grade. 5th/6th team will be coached by Don McDonald and 7th/8th team will be coached by Loren Bell.

The Youth Season

	First practices will be the week of March 10.
	Practices will be 3 days a week with one of those probably on Saturdays.
	Games will begin around Easter.
	Season ends in mid-June.
	Currently, there is no over-arching governing board for youth lacrosse. There is one in the works, but it is not clear how quickly they will get organized.

First Come, First Served

	We will accept up to 22 players on the boys youth teams.
	We need at least 16 in order to make it work.
	The first 22 players to turn in all materials will be placed on the team.
	Any additional players will be placed on a waiting list and placed when and if space becomes available.
	Fees Outline - Do NOT pay us for the US Lacrosse membership - visit www.uslacrosse.org to join. Registration and associated fees should be paid to "Canby Youth Lacrosse".

Registration Materials (Youth)

	Completed and Signed Registration Form
	Signed Code of Conduct
	Plans for acquiring equipment
	Paid registration fee and agreement to solicit donation or pay donation release fee.
	Registration Fee is NOT refundable. Don't pay until you are sure you are committed to playing.
	We will accept registrations beginning immediately - NOW!!!.
